My Mission: Simply put, to help clients improve their lives. Each client brings their own life experience, cultural background, values and world view and my goal is to create a safe and trusting environment, so clients feel comfortable to share, explore and discover. I help clients build the emotional resiliency and perseverance needed to overcome obstacles life presents, and in the process bring out your inner-strength and positive inner-voice.
My Focus: I work with adults and adolescents and treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma related disorders, personality disorders, behavioral disorders, life transition, grief, loss, caregiver burnout, and career planning.
