My Mission: My passion is to serve others, and I strongly believe in the therapeutic process. I offer great patience and a genuine interest in those I serve. Built upon the foundation of a caring and trusting relationship, I believe insight, perspective, and self-awareness is what leads to lasting change. I hope to collaborate with you through both research-based and creative avenues to find the best path to your personal growth.
I feel as though all people, but children and parents especially, benefit greatly just from having someone listen to them. Whether it be a child/parent relationship, or a couple’s relationship, where it often feels like no one is listening, my aim is to provide a space where all parties are heard, and open communication is achieved.
I believe that everyone is on a journey, and I hope to walk along-side and help all of my clients better navigate the road of life by following the healthiest, most satisfying, and Christ-honoring path possible. I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral and client center therapy, to best meet my clients’ needs.
Counseling is a joy and calling in my life. To partner with those longing to find a healthier, more fulfilling and purposeful path in life is a true privilege. I believe there are answers to life’s journey, and with time, dedication, and purpose, our story can be one of great victory, peace, and joy.
My Mission: To honor the cultural diversity of each client and offer acceptance, compassion, and support in the counseling relationship. I provide an emotionally safe “listening space” for clients to reconnect with their inner strength, core values, and sense of purpose. I have trust in the counseling process and faith that clients can make positive changes in their lives and move toward their future with hope.
Mission: To work with each individual in order to foster growth and awareness. I strive to make sure my clients know their unique strengths in order to overcome obstacles and achieve change.
Focus: I serve individuals (13+), couples and groups who struggle with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues and relational problems.
