My Mission:

My mission is to create a compassionate and nurturing space where individuals can embark on a transformative journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth. I am dedicated to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and understanding. With a genuine and warm-hearted approach, I aim to empower my clients to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings, guiding them towards self-discovery, healing, and resilience. Through a collaborative process, I strive to instill hope and provide support, promoting mental and emotional flourishing. Together, we will navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and fulfillment.

My Experience:

Drawing upon my transformative journey as a collegiate student athlete and Graduate Assistant, I utilize my invaluable lessons and experiences to enrich my career in mental health. Combining my clinical experience in the mental health field with my background in collegiate athletics, I bring a unique perspective to counseling that allows me to seamlessly integrate principles of resilience, empathy, and compassion. This dual lens has uniquely equipped me with interpersonal skills to connect with individuals across the life span, from adolescents to adults, as well as navigate mental challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma and adjustment issues.

My Technique:

My therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic principles, emphasizing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a client-centered focus. However, recognizing the diverse and individual nature of each person’s experiences, I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, ensuring a flexible and adaptable framework. By incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based practices, I aim to address the unique needs and concerns of each individual. Fostering a collaborative and tailored therapeutic journey towards personal growth, healing, and positive change.
