My Practice: Real, lasting change can be difficult to come by. It can seem elusive and out of reach for so many of us as we wrestle with the confusion and difficulties of life.

By utilizing ancient wisdom, modern science and timeless evidence-based practices, I strive to provide an effective and comfortable therapeutic environment conducive to holistic thriving. Our vitality in life comes from the unique interaction that includes our thoughts and emotions, our relationships and identity, and resilience in everyday situations of work, school, and homelife.

My Experience & focus: I have experience practicing individual and group therapy working with men and women from various backgrounds and life stages. I work with Individuals and couples in distress, and also those looking more in life, seeking to thrive in personal, social, or spiritual avenues.

About me:  I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Stephen F Austin State University and received my Master’s of Arts in Christian Counseling from Houston Baptist University. I currently live in West Houston with my lovely wife Brooke and dog Archie.

Quote:“You do not have to sit outside in the dark. If, however, you want to look at the stars, you will find that darkness is necessary. But the stars neither require nor demand it.”
